- DYDevin YoheyFeb 23, 20261.0I had a horrible experience at this location. I sent an employee in to exchange a battery that went bad after only four months. They attempted to charge the battery and concluded that it was defective. However, they told my employee they could not honor the two-year warranty and charged him for a new battery, even though the original battery was purchased on 10/27/2025. What a joke. Unfortunately, not all AutoZone stores are run the same way, and this location is a clear example of that. Avoid this store if you can.

I googled the nearest AutoZone and this is the one that popped up. It was around 6:30 Friday evening. I let the female employe know what I needed and that I would like some help putting them on. I also asked if I could use the restroom after my purchase. She said no, we do not have a restroom and that I can go to McDonalds. Which is whatever. She also stated that she did not know how to put on windshield wiper blades. Lol ok. I get it was raining, but I just needed a little bit of help. I find it funny that people that work at an Auto parts store, don’t know how to do auto parts tasks.
