  One of the most stressful and unacceptable rental experiences I’ve had. Enterprise repeatedly threatened me over a rental connected to an active insurance claim, including sending legal and law-enforcement language, even though the real issue was an authorization/payment breakdown between Enterprise and the insurance company. Instead of resolving that directly with the insurer, Enterprise placed the pressure on me. I was acting in good faith the entire time, yet I was treated like a problem rather than a customer. The threats came more than once, caused major stress, anxiety, and headaches, and ultimately made me feel so uncomfortable that I returned the vehicle before my own car was fully repaired. This is not how customers should be treated. If Enterprise is dealing with an insurance-related rental, they need to communicate better, verify facts more carefully, and stop using intimidation as a first response.

  The guy that checked us both in and out was great and seems to do the work of 4 people. Was running the entire store by himself and doing an amazing job

  Hands-down, the worst experience I’ve had renting a car. I requested a Tesla as a rental. Upon my arrival, the location did not have a car I paid for, so I had to wait for additional hour for them to move the car from another location in California. When the car arrived, it was at 12% battery so I wasn’t able to use the vehicle right away I had to take it to a charging station and spend an hour there waiting for the car to be ready. In the meantime, I received a call from the person who brought the car as they left their belongings in the car and had to change plans to meet them to hand them their wallet. I also tried to keep the car for additional few hours but decided not to but was still charged. I made several requests to enterprise to speak with their management with 0 follow up calls. Poor customer service. You guys should be ashamed of how you function. Don’t offer cars you don’t have and aren’t ready.
