  I’d give up 0 stars if I could! These freaking guys are so racist as we walked in manager Nathan Godoy racially profiled us and assume we spoke Spanish and gave us a hard time and very bad attitude, he just ignored the fact I had a reservation and have already rented there 3 times the past month but he decided to make up rules right there just so we couldn’t get a car, being Hispanic doesn’t mean I’m gonna steal their cars nor that have no money to pay for the rental, screw this place I’ll take my money somewhere else! freaking guys ruined my business meeting!! 😡

  The worse rental company places to go . I’ve been renting cars for years from enterprise .I’ve never heard that they are asking a huge security deposit for $400 plus the car rental fees a day . And I’m using my wife’s credit with her physical identification . And they declined it bec she’s not around but I’m the one will drive and my ID information plus my car insurance . They won’t accommodate just bec for the payment . Their policy is not good to the business . Ripped off customers . I end up rent a car to a Asian company .Thet will accept any credit card payment even it’s not under your name as long as the card belongs to your wife or relatives and a photo copy of there Identification card . They only charge you $200 for security deposit . @Vic car rental at Rosemead . They got a lot of car selection .Try to a different Enterprises if they have different fee. And good customer service care . Note: I ask them if they can pick me up for 7 miles . They told me they don’t have any drivers or available . To pick up a car . So I ended up sacrificing riding my bike . And when I got there the big guy told me to wait for 30 minutes . And 6 to 7 workers are there . Not doing anything walking around . To pick up customers . Or they should tell me in the phone that you can only pay credit card or debit card under my name . That is ridiculous complicated company I have experience. Good company will accommodate you with good service and policy. Accepting Credit cards that under your Wife’s name and proof of identification . Without her present. They won’t trust you . I’m not gonna run or getting there car . You have your real ID . To track you or there car rental has gps. And it’s to late I found a good Car rental accommodate you well and professional friendly business owners @VIC car rental Rosemead area . You can even ask discount if you pay cash .
