The Asain representative explained that there was a maintenance issue with the type of vehicle that I requested for. He mentioned the vehicle was being worked on and would be ready by 9:30am. So I decided to step outside and come back at 9:30am like the representative said. As soon as I came back for an update, the African American mix representive mentioned that it would be another 20 minutes. I once again stepped outside and went back after the 20 minutes he mentioned in an irritating voice he stated that "WE WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN IT'S READY!!" I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Usually all the representatives are attentive and provide great customer service. This representative looks and carries out his customer service like you are doing him a favor. Overall unwelcoming and unprofessional. Not to mention the fact he looks like he doesn't want to be there and demonstrates poor communication and shows rude service. I understand situations arise with vehicles and it's great that they want to fix the issue in a timely manner, what is not fair to the paying customer is being treated poorly for a paying service.
