  Worst experience ever , cars they gave had problems, check light engine came on , in one day time. Very tricky staffs , they make sure to charge you extra for something extra . Every time I rent cars from this location had problems in cars but enough is enough, that I posting a review on my customer service experience. I have reach to store manager but no help at all.

  Hayden & Katie at the local office in El Dorado hills are always my go to. They are friendly from the first contact and have never disappointed with finding the perfect rental for me. Won’t do business anywhere else due to those two personally.

  Warning, Read your contract before purchasing a daily insurance. They will tell you “you can call to cancel the insurance in the vehicle any time if you don’t want to keep it for all the rental term” and if you call to cancel they will tell you sorry you need to bring the car in to cancel so we can check the car , and then if you say “The representative never explained that I have to bring the car in they will say you didn’t read the contract lol. So they just say what is convenient so you can purchase the extra insurance. Read your contract!
