I recently received a $33 off coupon for a full-synthetic oil change, so I figured I would give Jiffy Lube another try, glad I did, the staff was professional and helpful, the experience was great, I will be an ongoing Jiffy Lube customer once again... Apparently the oil filter was not tightened properly, I noticed the truck was dripping a good amount of oil on my garage floor from the filter. I understand things happen and mistakes are made, brought the truck in the next morning and Jiffy Lube apologized for the mistake and inconvenience, promptly correcting the problem and making it right.
