- PKPradeep KumarDec 24, 20251.0Disappointed with this Enterprise location. As soon as we asked about a 4x4 or AWD, they tried to charge extra per day on a 6-day rental. We’ve rented from many Enterprise locations before and have never been charged just for an AWD upgrade. We walked out and went to the Shingle Springs Enterprise, where we were given an AWD without even asking. This location should focus more on customer service and less on upselling basic needs.
