- JMJames MitchellApr 20, 20261.0I had an interesting experience at this AutoZone. I go to the gym right next door and unfortunately this time I lift my lights on in my vehicle which trained my battery. Went into AutoZone because I was close nearby and asked for help. Picked up a couple of items because I guess I needed them for my vehicle when I was told we don't do that and walked back to look for more items the cashier asked me. Are you going to pay for that? This question had me confused because I thought I was there at the shop and possibly get a new battery but I felt a little embarrassed since you said it so loud in front of the whole busy store. So I kindly put the items away that I was going to purchase and I walked over to O'Reilly's right across the street. I told them my situation and they actually helped recharge my battery. I bought several items from them for their hospitality. I just believe we need more of the attitude of O'Reilly's than AutoZone in the world. I may have not been dressed the best but I didn't deserve to be embarrassed. Thank you O'Reilly's for still treating me like a human
