  I come here for all of my oil changes and every single time I am met with outstanding service. The technicians are knowledgeable, fast, friendly, and informative. I highly recommend visiting this location for your next oil change!

  I have been to this location multiple times with multiple vehicles. My husband brings his vehicles here as well. I recommend them to anyone who asks me where I go for oil changes. Every single person I’ve come in contact with that works there has been professional, friendly, willing to answer questions, and genuinely kind. In addition to all of that, the prices are reasonable and they are quick!

  Hunter, David Reyes, and Nat were very fast and professional! They did A great job informing me of the services I needed and taking care of my car. the maintenance and integrity of the work performed to my car is of the utmost importance to me and I’m always pleased with the service Valvoline provides. Nat even noticed something with my brake pressure was loose (idk what it’s called) and made sure to tighten it for me, keeping me and my kids safe on the road!

  Quick and professional! Did I mention PROFESSIONAL?!?! They run the shop methodically not missing a single detail. Peyton guided me in and met me with one of the most pleasant demeanors I've dealt with in a long time in the service industry. Finished it all off with McKinley...another awesomely positive and nice person. Thank you!

  Team members actively talking about work place drama in the garage, literally witnessed four employees huddled up talking About how employees were yelling at each other. (One employee with curly hair and piercings, two tall Caucasian employees and an employee with shoulder length dark hair) Saw another team member talk aggressive to another employee; employee 1 followed employee 2 down the stairs stating how employees 2 shouldn’t talk to him in that way because he wasn’t rude to him. (Different set of employees both Caucasian but one skinny, the other heavier set) Another employee was yelling weird things randomly in an automotive garage! Same employee asking multiple times when he can go on a break while 6 cars were lined up waiting to be serviced. The female workers were the only two actively working. Saw African American female try to help one of the employees who was huddled in the group of guys complaining about work…. Once he finally got back to work… she walked past him I guess asking if he needs help, he says loudly “I got it! I know you’re trying to help!!” Female worker hurried down the steps saying “ok, ok.” At first I was like “what do you expect from El Cajon?” But in the economy we are in, I want to let you know you are gonna scare customers away. You charge way too much to deliver this kind of service. Human Resources, help this location out!
