  How do i report cars that park here & are not charging? Hazzard doesnt give the ticket to no one to park here

  Good parking. Panera Bread is in the lot. Other food and shopping close. When are the charging companies going to give us a canopy overhead? Almost every gas station has them. What gives?

  EVgo Now hold $40 from your account. Apparently, starting Sunday, this change occurred you used to be able to use their app and it would only hold a five dollar charge. When asked if this is anywhere, their customer service said no this was not information that was put out anywhere. So now it doesn’t matter if you use their app or card at their machine, they are going to hold anywhere from $40-$55 from your account for 3 to 5 business days. Meaning if you charge on a Friday night, you probably aren’t gonna see that money until the Monday after next!!! I personally will no longer be using this company. There are too many other options out here for this to be the case. I also made sure to record my call with customer service because I do plan on contacting a class action lawsuit attorney because I’m sure there are more people than myself having this problem!

  I’m so thrilled to see that they repaired these charging stations. They are conveniently located and so far have worked very well. I’ve come here to charge three times since I rediscovered them, since they were repaired. Every time has been a good experience.
