It’s unfortunate at this one that I had to sit and watch 5 cars leave before my truck even though I arrived before them. We have a fleet account and won’t be coming back here. They left me sitting there …… 1.The tech servicing my truck could not input the vin number correctly on computer. 2. Asked to check my Cabin air filter, knocked my glove box down, told me it was $35 to install a new one, I said yes, went to charge me and it was $60!! I told him no I won’t lay that so he had to come back and take the new one out and put the old one back in. I keep my truck very clean and he let all the dust from the old one fall over my seats and carpet. 3. After charging me for my oil service disappeared and I was left sitting for over 45min wondering when my oil was going to be installed. After I asked to speak to a manager they finally filled y truck with oil apologized for the wait and sent me on my way. Definitely not the best experience in valvoline and my time extremely wasted. - answer your comment regarding price - The price he gave me IS the price with Labor because even the employee said “I’m sorry this one is more expensive. “

They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions without rushing me, and made sure I felt comfortable with the service being done on my vehicle. Hunter and John worked quickly as a team while still paying attention to detail, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and thorough these days. Because of them, this was by far one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be returning to this location and recommending it to others. Huge shoutout to Hunter and John for outstanding service!
