I even had to tow my car, which wasn’t cheap, and they’re refusing to cover that cost. On top of that, they removed the hood release button, disconnected the dash cam wires, and never put them back — I’m not a car person, so I have no idea how to fix that myself. They took three days and completely wasted my time. The windshield installation was done improperly, and now I’m stuck dealing with the consequences. Even though they eventually fixed the windshield, they didn’t keep their word about detailing the car like they promised. Now I’m left with a messed-up headliner, which is a big deal to me since I sometimes sleep in my car. I told them exactly what the problem was and that if they had just refunded me for the headliner, there wouldn’t have been any issues. Instead, I had to tow my car out of there at my own expense. Overall, it really feels like they didn’t care about helping me or doing the right thing.
