The number of times that I pass this store when they are closed is ridiculous. I live in my RV full time; so, I always have needs for RV parts for one thing or another.
This store could gain a lot of business from me if they were open during the hours from 5pm to 9am. Since this store is always closed, Walmart & Amazon get my RV parts business.
If this store insists on sticking with the antiquated concept of “business hours”, they still need to consider their clientele & business model, which is business to consumer, not business to business.
During “business hours”, consumers are busy representing their respective businesses. Consumers are only available to make purchases during the opposite of “business hours”, which we can call “consumer hours”. Therefore, this store, & others like it, need to be open during “consumer hours”, not “business hours”.
Now, that is if they wish to stick to that antiquated concept of “business hours”. If they truly want to enhance their availability, they should just be open 24/7.
Lack of availability is the only reason this store loses my business to Amazon & Walmart. If businesses from 7-Eleven to Hospitals can manage 24/7 operations, so can any other business.
Different sleep cycles & schedules exist, & deserve no less than anyone else, both patrons & employees.
