The finale was that my cell phone slid into a small opening at the back of the console in my Expedition and fell into the abyss behind the dash. I called Pacific Collision Center in El Cajon late afternoon on a Friday, and with an upbeat response David said "Come on down, we will look at it right away" I got there at 4:15pm and Arthur met me as I parked my car saying "phone behind the dash, let me look at it" I hadn't even walked into the office yet and they were helping me! Then he moved my car into the bay and he and another man started looking at how they could retrieve my phone. We called my phone so they could hear where it was hiding, and then 25 minutes later Arthur walks into the waiting area, smiling and holding my cell phone! These guys are my heroes now, right? In 30 minutes I am back on the road with my cell phone, now being stored in a more secure location. And to top it all off...you ready folks? They wouldn't allow me to pay for their time. Yep NO CHARGE! These folks were only concerned that my day got better than it had been. (Of course they probably chuckled a bit too....I'm sure it's not a regular occurrence that some one loses their cell phone behind the dashboard) I know where I will take any car I have for repairs in the future!! These guys were GREAT!

He knew exactly what needed to be done and how long it was going to take. He beat Lexus dealer price and other quotes I had. The finished product was above and beyond what Lexus or others could have done. Extremely happy with work done. I totally recommend this shop for all your needs. Shop was clean and employees were friendly. Ask for German he knows how to take care of his customers makes sure you leave happy.
