    Do not visit this location. Spent about an hour, picking out a car and Giving them all the information they needed to rent a car. Literally everything. The only thing I would need to do is at that point is pick up the car and sign off on what I’m getting. They told me the guy went to the BMW shop to pick up the car and I can come back before six to get it. I got there just after five and the manager began to tell me I needed to pay $15 more per day for the BMW. I proceeded to tell him that this is already a done deal and I’m just here to pick up the car. Also, your website says it’s $50.78. That would cost me $.78 a day which I am willing to pay. Again all this was discussed upfront with your employee. And now I’m here to pick up the car and you’re telling me I need to pay 15 more dollars a day. I then asked why not the phone call and both of you looked at me with a gaze. As for customer service there was none no sympathy nothing. If it was done an error, I understand but as a company of your size, I think you should honor that deal. But to not let me know and have me run all over town just to get back before they close and then to tell me that I’m gonna have to pay over and above what had already been agreed upon. If you guys want to do business for them, you can, But I think you’d be playing with fire.

    Reserved a car online. Was given option to fill out more info to speed up the checkout at the counter. They still ask ask the same questions and I still had to wait 20+ minutes. Pointless. The reps are nice tho, so there's that.

    The worst company and the worst manager ever, I reserved a van 2 days before, went to the office and talked with manager to confirm if the van, they said they will keep the one we liked and will be ready by the reservation day at 7:30 AM ( which they lied about both), the next day we showed up on time, they said there is no van ready here, and they requested one from another location, which wasted an hour of our time, by then they brought a wrong size van, when we talked with them, they said it will take until afternoon to find the van we talked about, for a long trip we planned to leave at early morning, they ruined everything, they even lied about them trying to call us, which they didn’t called us. I saw multiple more customers there, all pissed off of their service. The worst experience ever, all of staff were trying to avoid talking with us, scared of explaining their lies. They ruined our trip plans. I would’ve given them 0 stars if possible. For everyone else out there, try another companies, you will find cheaper prices, and the car you like.

    I M NOW WITHOUT A CAR BCUZ THEY (ENTERPRISE 3 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS) SOMEHOW LOST TRACK OF ME & THEIR CAR AND THEIR BEING PAID EVERY WEEK VIA MY BANK CARD JUST WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH. I'M OLD & DON'T "SIMPLY GO TO OUR WEBSITE..." OR "SIMPLY" ANYTHING ELSE. I ENDED UP FIRST FIVE HOURS FROM WHERE I RENTED THE CAR, CHECKED IN FOR MAINTENANCE AT THEIR REQUEST, THEN DROVE ANOTHER THREE OR FOUR HOURS TO LAND HERE. AFTER A WEEK OR SO HERE I GET A FRANTIC CALL FROM PLACE I ORIGINALLY GOT THE CAR FROM; HE'S ACCUSING ME OF NOT BEING AUTHORIZED TO HAVE CAR; SOME INSURANCE MUMBOJUMBO. IT TOOK ME ASKING HIM QUESTIONS FOR 1/2 HOUR TO FIND OUT HE WAS NOT ENTERPRISE HERE, LOCAL, BUT ORIGINAL RENTER NOW SEVEN HOURS FROM HERE? HE DEMANDED I RETURN CAR IMMEDIATELY TO LOCAL OUTLET OR THERE'D BE POLICE REPORT?! I HAD JUST BEEN TO BANK & NO WEEKLY PAYMENT(S) HAD BEEN MISSED SO ???? I'M OLD, HE'S FREAKING OUT. SO I TOLD HIM I'D TAKE THE CAR TO THE OUTLET HERE BY 5 PM THE NEXT DAY. AND I DID. THIS PLACE WAS SLAMMED W PEOPLE WAITING FOR RENTAL CARS OR RETURNING CARS. PACKED. I GOT THERE JUST AS PLACE OVERFLOWED. NOW THEY TELL ME THE CAR I HAVE/HAD MUST GO BACK BCUZ RAMADAMNA DINGDONG I'M OLD, SENILE, DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY'RE TELLING ME, ITZ NUTZ N THERE, WORSENING BY THE MOMENT. SO THEY'VE TAKEN THE CAR I HAD AND... ? OFFER ME A DIFFERENT CAR NOT FOR $250ISH A WEEK, BUT FOR $350ISH A WEEK? WHAT? SOMETHING ABOUT MY INSURANCE BEING AZ BASED? ANYWAY, IT WAS A DEAL BREAKER FOR ME CUZ I'M OLD, POOR, SENILE & GETTING CRANKY. LET ME SAY THIS: NO ONE WAS RUDE TO ME, NO ONE WAS ABUSIVE TO ME... THEY WERE JUST BUSY BEYOND BELIEF... I NEEDED A RIDE BACK TO HOME... THAT WAS NOT OFFERED. I WAITED FOR THEM TO GET ME A RIDE HOME AS AVAILABLE CARS WERE BEING DISPATCHED WILLY NILLY... SO I TOOK A $358 A WEEK CAR TO B ABLE TO GET HOME FIVE MILES AWAY THAT NIGHT... THE NEXT DAY I TOOK RENTAL CAR AND WENT & LOOKED AT THEIR USED CAR LOT... *A$K 4 LEXY THERE!* KNOWLEDGEABLE, SMART, EXPERIENCED, PEOPLE PERSON FINANCIALLY ASTUTE, HELPFUL WE DISCOVERED I'M NOT READY OR ABLE TO BUY AT THIS TIME... SO I RETURNED THE RENTAL CAR DIRECTLY FROM THERE BCUZ I CAN NOT AFFORD AN EXTRA $100 A WEEK FOR THIS CAR. GOT CAR RETURNED, TOLD THEM I NEEDED 5 MILE RIDE TO MY HOUSE... IT WAS FRIDAY 5 PMISH LINES FORMING, EVERYONE READY TO START THEIR WEEKEND W RENTAL CAR... I WAITED AN HOUR OR SO, REMINDING THEM "I NEED A 5 MILE RIDE HOME..." FINALLY A GUY ARRIVED, THEIR DRIVER... HE DELIVERED ME AFTER ONE OTHER GUY. DRIVER PLEASANT & CHATTY ENOUGH; ALL WENT WELL. BUT HERE'S MY CURRENT SITUATION... I HAVEN'T SEEN MY "FINAL" PAPERWORK YET AND I'M WORRIED... EVERYONE WAS VERY PATIENT W ME, BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY TOLD ME, DID WITHOUT A CAR ALL WEEKEND...
