- TNTahir NoorApr 21, 20261.0I just visited this AutoZone to buy parts for my car, and the experience was disappointing. The employee was cold and not helpful, and I didn’t get clear answers to my questions. It looked I am pushing him to get answers about what I need. At checkout, he didn’t ask for my phone number or mention any account benefits. When I asked, he said it wasn’t necessary since the item had no warranty. Even without a warranty, basic customer service and communication should be better. Not a good experience overall.
