  Very good customer service The gentleman that I worked with me was amazing I was looking for my tires everywhere no one had them and I get here to mountain view and Robert attended to me was very helpful knew how to take care of customersand got my tires and put them on In a timely matter, I was very grateful thank you Robert

  Was charged more for my oil change then quoted. Cracked my windshield when installing new wipers. Manager didn't come out to talk to us about these problems, was just told that they will replace the windshield making me have to go back to shop again.

  I’m sad I had to give one star. Went to have them fix my daughter‘s car they were going to charge me $1600 got it done for $400 at CHINO HILLS auto center off of Payton! Now I question all the other services we had done there. I’m not going back. So disappointing!!!

  Mike, the assistant manager was awesome. He should probably have a shop of his own. Did a great job very professional very quick very courteous can’t say enough about him but he’s definitely manager material.

  I had a really great experience at Mountain View Tire. I came in with a flat tire shortly after purchasing a tire there, and unfortunately I hadn’t bought the insurance at the time. I was expecting to have to pay full price for a replacement, but the young lady (Cassandra) who helped me completely turned the situation around. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and went out of her way to help me. She allowed me to add insurance to the tire and only charged me for the insurance, then honored the warranty to take care of the flat. That level of customer service is rare these days. I really appreciate her professionalism and willingness to help—she made a stressful situation quick and easy. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future service and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and customer-focused care.
