    I called when I left work and they had availability right away. I went straight from work and they got my oil change and change of headlights done within an hour an a half. They always do a great job for me. Thanks guys!!

    I want to say thank you so much to The manager and the gentleman that worked on Saturday I didn’t catch his name, but he had glasses very very very nice. Customer service friendly I will be returning always to this tire shop. Thank you so much for your Customer service. I really appreciate.it !

    Had an appointment for a flat repair. They were running behind and was told it would be about an hour wait. So I walked around the shopping center for an hour. I came back and my car had not moved. I gave them another half an hour and then asked how long it would be. They then got to my car within 30 minutes. Over 2 hours for a tire patch with an appointment is inappropriate. I will not come back.

    I went in for oil change and it was done poorly, false information was reported back to me on inspection and I addressed it with employee due to them saying my battery needs changed yet I just put a new battery a week and a half earlier, they said my windshield wipers were good and they are not good and if they would have actually checked the wipers are torn. Zero leaks in car and month and half later found out the car had no oil. Towed the car back to them and they confirmed there was no oil leak. Overall there performance needs to be checked. The service provided is NOT up to par. Customer service needs to be more professional and not try and make the customer look like they don’t know anything. They argue and insist that the customer did something and was told multiple times that it never happened. Staff needs more/updated training, ALL the staff. Overall not happy with my service at all.
