  Totally satisfied, the tire i wanted for my Mercedes was in stock and matched the others I have. The shop was super quick with installing my new tire.

  Extremely Disrespectful!!! I made a call today to ask about scheduling an appointment for an oil change. The individual who picked up the phone inquired about the year and model of my vehicle, to which I responded. He the remarked that my car is relatively new (a 2018 model) and stated that if no warning light is illuminated, it indicates that an oil change is not yet necessary. I am at a loss of words!! Is this how they treat their customers?? I have been a customer of this establishment for many years, and I an uncertain if this is a new staff member. However, I have always appreciated the other employees who helped me with my car because they are honest and reliable. I am extremely frustrated with the manner in which this employee managed the call, and I mentioned that I might consider seeking a different auto repair shop due to his rudeness. He simply replied “bye” and hung up the phone

  I was unfortunately involved in an accident where my tire was messed up. I called late Saturday morning and they told me to come in and they immediately took care of my car. Mike was super nice and helpful. They did the job quickly and gave me a good deal. 10/10 recommend!

  I had a razor imbedded into my tire. After a consultation with his team, David at the front desk recommended i replace all 4 tires. I’ve had the same tires for 8 years so i was not surprised. The cost for the same model was over $300 per tire. Instead he found one that he believes were of the same quality ( My original tires were Bridgestones. The new ones are Michelins.) They swapped all 4 tires. The service included a 3 year warranty, free lifetime rotation, and balancing. Alignment is an extra service youd have to pay for. Its been about a day. I’m very satisfied with the service. My car does seem more stable and feels like it runs better.
