Lazy employees. Asked for a whole cheese pizza with less sauce but they said they can’t do it. When I asked for a little bit more time in the oven they said they don’t want to bother with that either. In the end they got what they want and I had to give up eventually. Manager should give a look at what employees are doing.

Well I've been coming here for years now with my gooseneck, the choice to change out the RV and small truck parking for EV charging means getting to the satellite pumps more difficult means they've lost my business. Hope the horrible for the environment EVs were worth it.

Traveling cross country, on the last night of my trip. I’ve been staying at a competitor, but I decided to give pilot a try. They had a huge parking lot and tons, I mean TONS of open spaces. They have showers, gas, a restaurant, I did assume, per my quick Google of every other travel center ever, that they would allow 24 hour parking. Unfortunately, I was woken up by a police officer using a megaphone 20 feet away from my car to tell me that I was trespassing and that I needed to leave.
Why bother calling yourself a travel center if you don’t cater to travel travelers? Needless to say, I had a very poor experience and had to drive an hour away to a loves, which is the only “travel center” worth your time

NO STARS..
Worst Pilot I've ever been to between Salem OR.& there. wich sucks cause I love Pilot. Showers were $20 a PERSON. for one hour. Even if your married to your partner or if they have special needs they can NOT shower with you. Even if the person running the showers says (Ya you can have your spouse with you)The Lady working the register was very rude and looked and talked to me as if I was dumb and below her. And was also told I had to park my RV off the lot on the side of the street. They dont won't our kind around there. Was her exact words. What ever that means. I felt like I was black in the 1940's so if your reading this and deciding rather to go there or not. Dont...
Instead go across the bridge to the 76 station showers are only $10 no time limit and Lisa is amazing.
