  The 2 technicians were there at the back of my workplace, at beginning of the time window I chose..but I forgot! They read my instructions, including work number, and I got a polite call. I rushed my car to them about 5 minutes later. They had to move the car down the road for some cover since rain was imminent. I had a friend picked me up to drive me back to work. These guys were kind enough to do the job, drive the car back to my job, and blow some leaves and dirt from both of my floor boards out while they were at it! The calibration was good, zero issues with the window, quick repair, and stellar customer service. Would do business with them again without reservation.

  I recently had my Tesla Model Y windshield repaired at Safelite, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Ruben, in particular, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. Ruben handled everything with great attention to detail and kept me informed throughout the repair. It’s not always easy trusting someone with a vehicle like a Tesla, but he made me feel completely confident that my car was in good hands. The repair was done efficiently and to a high standard. I would absolutely recommend Safelite, and especially Ruben, to anyone needing windshield repair or replacement. Excellent service all around.

  Wonderful experience. Easy to navigate and book an appointment and came right to our house. Our technician, Pinet, Was an absolute professional. He was kind welcoming and gave a nice courtesy call in the morning and showed up exactly when he said he would. He did an amazing job, and I would recommend this company and Pinet To anyone in need of a windshield replacement. Affordable and great quality!

  Jose and Mackenzie got the job done right, attention to details and customer service were first and fore most after I got a rather large crack in my windshield. They made sure I got the right replacement for my windshield, and did an excellent job on the install. Originally the wrong windshield got ordered but thanks to Mackenzie she spotted it and let me know so that we could fix the error before it got installed.
