  I bought windshield wiper blades a month ago and could not get them to fit in all the way. I came back to Autozone in Dublin, where I bought them and asked for help. Angel came out to my car and put them in correctly for me. Thank you Angel.

  GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Jeneses helped me buy a set of spark plugs for my Subaru! She made the transaction , quick easy and effortless. I plan to return again!

  I saw this location under construction for a while and I wanted to support it once it opened. I stopped in the other day to pickup a thermostat and coolant in anticipation of needing them to fix a leak. After determining the leak was coming from a different location, I no longer needed the thermostat. When I tried to return it, the clerk opened the box and could clearly see that it was new an unused. However, he said he needed his managers approval. When she came back into the store, they conversed in Spanish to obscure their conversation, and she dismissively said they wouldn't take the return because the brand of the part didn't match the box that it came in. I tried to explain that it was exactly as I purchased it, but they weren't having it and told me that I would need to come back another day when another manager is onsite. While I can appreciate the intention of their actions and looking out for their store, but they never took a minute to put themselves in my shoes. When I purchased the part, did I check the brand matched the box? No. Should I be required to? No. Do I need to retain photographic evidence of this imaginary inspection? No. Yet despite all this, I was treated like a criminal and a cheat and forced to make another trip to this store with the absolute worst customer service. So my inaugural purchase at this store will sadly be my last. I suggest you consider your options before supporting a business that operates like this and has zero regard for their customers.

  I had a very wonderful experience at this new location. The store looked beautiful inside very clean and well kept. The customer service was excellent. I went in today to get a new battery and, without me even having to ask, a very nice young lady manager (I believe her name was Jenesis) offered to help install it for me. She was very kind, sweet, and made pleasant conversation while she worked. She took great care in what she was doing and still finished quickly. Overall, it was a great experience. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this new location. It is very convenient and the staff is extremely helpful.
