  I went in to this AutoZone because my car had a check engine light on and the beautiful white girl (I forgot to ask for her name) at the counter helped me out and made it simple to figure out my car had a misfire. She pointed me in the right direction of what parts to buy and now my car runs like a charm. They have a new loyal customer.

  Inaccurate info over the phone. Drove over an hour away to be told complete opposite info in person. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied

  Lela is very helpful she helped me find the right part for my car which their competitors failed at even bothering to help. I will be coming to this store for all my car related needs. If you need help ask for her she has a lot of knowledge and makes getting the right part painless.

  The staff here are utterly incompetent and lazy. They don’t know anything about the products, how to handle exchanges or any sense of how the business runs. The manager here is especially unhelpful and slow to help her staff who are clearly needing guidance.
