  This is a review of the corporate roadside assistance program and of this particular Enterprise branch at Duarte. On the last day of my trip, my vehicle developed a mechanical fault. I called the roadside assistance number, and was informed that the vehicle would be picked up and that I could pick up a new vehicle at this Duarte branch. The roadside agent never once mentioned that my original vehicle had to be picked up by the tow company before I could receive a new vehicle. Because the tow was scheduled after the Duarte branch closed, any rational minded person would assume that it would be okay to pick up the replacement vehicle first. This couldn’t be further from the truth. When I first arrived at the Duarte branch, it was completely empty, with not a single person in the office. Is this typical Enterprise policy for the store to be entirely unattended? After waiting for about 7 minutes, two employees finally walk in from the back entrance. After explaining the situation to the rental car employee, she immediately proceeds to deny my request for a replacement car, and not so politely tell me to pound sand, because the original car had not been picked up. I have never received such rude and patronizing ‘corpo speak’ from anyone in my prior experience. Because of this lack of communication between corporate and the local branch, and poor customer service generally, I ended up losing half a day of my vacation. I will not be using Enterprise ever again and will recommend against my corporate network from ever using Enterprise in the future.

  I had a great experience with this rental as always! As a frequent monthly customer, I was well taken care of from Natalia, Julio, and Ismael and would recommend this location to anyone! Thanks and looking forward to my next rental with you!
