After the alignment, it’s actually worse — now the tires are screeching and the truck doesn’t feel right at all. Very disappointed with the work. I expected it to drive better, not develop new issues. I wouldn’t recommend this place for alignments.

I was grossly overcharged for brake pads that cost the business about $20 from Auto Zone. $204 to be exact. A simple change of pads and rotors on the front of a 2001 Nissan Altima should not cost slightly short of $700. After I argued the price, they finally cut off $125, which is still way overpriced. What would someone knock off $125 if it was a fair price? Because it wasn’t. I don’t trust this place and will never go back. Caveat Emptor!
