    This is a combination review for both the local agency and the national. I reserved a car and received a message asking me to confirm online the day before which I did. I took an Uber to the rental agency in heavy rain and they said sorry no car. Ridiculously they suggested maybe I go to the airport which was an hour away. So I was stuck there in the rain with no transport. I use the online chat to talk with the national office But only got AI drivel about how they understand my frustration and hope they can do better the next time. I asked them to try to accommodate me with something else but kept getting the same response. Really pathetic experience.

    I recently rented a care for our trip from this location and their service was excellent. The staff was so helpful and when I dropped off my car they took the time to drive me to my home. This is what Excellent customer service is all about. Highly recommend renting from this location.
