I liked that your able to see everything being done to your car while they explain services and what it cost, and they it took 15 minutes for entire service. I Highly recommend going to the Downey location on Firestone.

No appointments though. First come first served. I drove over and was ushered right into a bay for the oil change to be performed. The service advisor and technician were both courteous and efficient. I’m leaving hapo. Only wiish they had a car wash like the locate at my home.

Ghe customer service of the oil technician Alex was great. The inly problem was at the moment i got here there was only 2 persons working. After like 10 minutes some workers came in and started working on my vehicle. Instead of the 15 minutes they told me it became 27 minutes. A bit expensive for the slow service they promote.

She took the time to walk me through each recommendation and even reminded me to use my coupons, which I really appreciated. Her team also taught me how to read the orange dip stick and air filters. This location made the whole process easy and stress-free. We’ll definitely be back!

This time around Jose and Manuel helped me out and reminded me I had coupons I could use. Highly recommended if you're the type of person that wants to have a paper trail of things or on a hurry to do maintenance. I usually do maintenance on all my vehicles but when I don't I like taking them to one of two locations and this is one of them.
