I went the cashier and it was a female. I had asked for a certain amount on a certain number. As I finished paying I had gotten a a very urgent call which I had to leave the gas station. I got in my car and left. I soon realized that I had already payed for the gas, so I went back to ask the lady working if she can help me in any way since I didn’t use the gas or if I’m able to get my money back. She then yelled at me and told me it wasn’t her fault and went off on me. Which was unnecessary. I had just went in to ask a simple question. And asked kindly as well. I never said it was her fault or demanded the money back. Which she accused me of. It was just a simple question if I can do anything for my mistake. If not I had my card ready to pay again because I did need gas. After being yelled at I decided to leave after being disappointed with her customer service skills.
