Upon arriving, I was instructed to wait without any explanation. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I finally asked when I would be served. I would’ve waited longer if I never asked. Not really done in a jiffy, jiffylube. Once I was finally called, I was informed about other services that I should consider, but I couldn’t remember them all. I asked if I could get a written note summarizing what I needed to check, but the mechanic promised to do so but never provided it. To make matters worse, the front of their building displayed a price of $39.99 for an oil change, but when I received my bill, it came to $200. I’m not a mechanic, but I believe an oil change should not have been charged that much. Especially since the service fee was 87 dollars. Never going back again
