Sadly, i'm not sure if i'll continue coming back. I'm not sure what they got going on at this shop but it looks like they got a new guy in charge and he's not it. They've become so lazy and don't even care about what they're doing to your car anymore. The service advisor is really pushy on doing services I don't need to my car, and he's tried to up my prices on things I know I don't need since I would come here often, he has slicked back hair. Came on a wednesday, don't come here on a Wednesday. Not sure what's going on at this jiffy lube, miss the people who were here a few months ago, they cared about the cars, the new ones don't even know what they're doing. Did wrong getting rid of Santiago, he was always for the customer and proper services. Disappointed, I dont think i'll be coming back to this Jiffy Lube anymore unless they get it back together or get rid of the rude new guy in charge.
