Everyone was quick, efficient, and very helpful — they even made sure to wash the truck I chose before handing it over. Truly excellent service from start to finish!

I knocked one star off only because both of the cars I've rented here have needed brake service. The first was very bad to the extent that the car would swerve and shake wildly on the highway when pressing the brakes. To their credit, Enterprise was quick to have me stop into another branch and swap for a different car. I appreciated it but still, was concerning and inconvenient. My second rental, the steering wheel shook pretty badly under braking on the highway. Didn't feel unsafe but it was a Luxury car and reminded me of my first car when I was a broke teenager and couldn't afford new brakes. I thought upgrading to a Lux car would guarantee a better experience but it didn't. Like I said, good people and customer service. Maybe I'm unlucky but it seems like they could do better at maintaining their cars.
