  I brought my vehicle into Allen Tire Company today due to a flat tire, and I had an excellent experience. Mike B., the store manager, promptly helped me and quickly resolved the issue. The entire process was fast, smooth, and completely hassle-free. I really appreciated the efficient and friendly service. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here again.

  Mike (at the Downey location) was great!! He really cares and he's an honest person. The service was good and the wait time wasn't bad at all. I recommend Allen Tire Company to everyone.!

  I showed up there randomly 2 hours before close , I planned on going to a tire shop that was accross the street but found out it went out of business 1 year ago, so I popped in on Allen because I needed my new tires put on that day, even though it was close to close and they were undermaned that day they took care of me and made my experience great, the manager Mike gave me the best price he could due to I didn't plan on spending so much and didn't exactly have the normal.price on me . I was accomidated, he was very gracious about my situation and Gonzalo who did the job did everything by the book and even made sure my tires were torqued properly which I find is not industry standard anymore. My alignment seems to be dialed in as well. I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and would recommend to a friend.
