I just bought a truck from Ed Dena’s on Mooney Blvd in Tulare, and I’m honestly impressed! This was probably the easiest car-buying process I’ve ever been part of. No stress, no runaround, just straightforward help and a smooth, quick purchase from start to finish. If you’re looking for an easy, hassle-free experience, I’d 100% recommend them.

This dealership says the right things during the sale but the execution afterward fell short. I was charged fees that were supposed to be handled, yet I ended up dealing with the problem myself. The lack of accountability and communication has been frustrating. Buyers should carefully review documents and not rely solely on verbal assurances. Rude staff extremely unprofessional. Predatory tactics.

I went to take my vehicle to the service department at 10:40am. Greg Chavez who was my service advisor. In which when we first arrived with the vehicle. He placed his scanner in and said that there were no codes stored. Greg claimed that my father agreed to leaving the vehcile over night to check it in the morning. My father agreed, but oinky agreed because he told him the problem does occur at every start up. Greg claimed my brother did not interpret correct. Which was also false. Then proceeded to tell me over the phone that yes, they did not do anything to the truck until tomorrow. i explained that if they did not see the codes stored in the BCM. He then stated he did. Which he contradicted himself now. From the morning incident. And stated that they cannot fix the truck even if codes are stored. And I asked what do i do if the transmission light comes back on. If it goes away on its own. At this point it sounded like he was upset. And stated to call the service manager and have him fix it. And I found that to be rude because the truck is under warranty. And for the fact that the truck sat all day yesterday and was not worked on. Because of his claim that we stated to look at the truck today. I was furious and picked up the truck yesterday. However, the service was horrible as no communication. And also lying to customers. Saying that we agreed to something that was not true. Greg is an awful service attendant.

"I’ve been taking my 2014 Chevy Cruze (1.8L Ecotec) to Ed Dena’s Auto Center, and they really understand how to keep a high-mileage manual running right. At 153,000 miles, this car still has two distinct personalities that they’ve managed to preserve perfectly. On the daily commute, it’s incredibly smooth and composed. The 6-speed manual handles low-RPM cruising with ease, making it a comfortable, fuel-efficient ride. However, when I want to push it, the engine still pulls strong through the high RPMs. The best part? When I want a more raw driving experience, I can toggle the traction control off and really feel the road—it’s surprisingly nimble and even lets me get a little sideways when the mood strikes. It’s rare to find a shop that can maintain a car to be both a reliable workhorse and a fun weekend driver. If you have a manual Cruze and want it treated right, Ed Dena’s is the place."
