  Awesome people. Super friendly and honest. Every time I need to get a smog or auto repair they’re able to get me in quickly. They’re great at communicating and letting you know the cost/ situation with the vehicle. So glad I found this place by accident! This is my go to place. Definitely will do business with them again. And refer anyone to them. They did brakes on my van and apparently they were worse than I thought! The van feels brand new. Thanks again!

  Would not recommend this shop. I pulled up to Wooten’s Smog and Auto Repair and they took my car in for a smog test. The technician came up to me and claimed my COBB Accessport and missing intake scoop were illegal to smog in California. I explained that’s incorrect. The Accessport itself is just a tuning and monitoring device, and my tune does not affect emissions in any way. He actually had to read from a piece of paper to tell me what was “legal or illegal,” including tuning devices but clearly didn’t understand that the device itself isn’t illegal, only certain tunes are. In my case, I have a Stage 1 OTS map installed onto the ECU, which is specifically designed for California 91 octane fuel and is 100% street and smog legal in the state of California. When I tried to explain this, he got defensive, aggressive, and even started cussing and yelling at me. Totally unprofessional behavior. There were no other customers in the shop, and after this experience, I can see why. Overall, I would not recommend this shop, especially if you have a performance vehicle or know your car well, the staff clearly aren’t familiar with specific setups and lack basic professionalism and knowledge. To your response, my car runs a legal Stage 1 OTS California map (CARB EO D-660-16), and the intake duct has no effect on emissions whatsoever it’s simply a plastic channel that directs air toward the intercooler. It’s unfortunate that someone with decades in the industry misunderstood these basic facts about tuning and emissions compliance. I’m in my twenties and still understand performance cars and California smog laws better than what I encountered here. I’ve have a large social media following on my cars and have helped others avoid this shop in the area to help avoid the same frustration. I genuinely hope you continue your training it sounds like you could benefit from it. Have a blessed day!

  Wooten's is a great family business serving the local community. I had recently gotten the wonderful news my vehicle needed to be smogged, and while returning from the dealership, I thought maybe I could squeeze in a smog check. I was greeted on the phone quickly and scheduled within the hour. Once there, I easily found parking, walked inside, and within 20 minutes I was out and on my way. The office is cozy and has a really cool arcade table, so waiting is not a chore! I found the price to be more than fair and when I asked about other work, they were happy to hear me out without rushing me. It was like having a pleasant conversation, seldom had these days. I'll definitely be returning for other work for my vehicles. The owner and mechanic has over 30 years experience.

  Excellent service!! The company I work for takes all of our fleet vehicles to wootens for their scheduled maintenance and repairs. I decided to take my own vehicle there for its scheduled service. They did a great job. They used the OEM parts I requested. Ken and his team are great!! They are easy to talk to and got me in and out fast with my appointment. It’s hard to find a good mechanic that’s honest, personable and trustworthy, I will definitely be going back with my other vehicles. Robert
