Her customer service was truly top notch! she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. Rosa even took the time to charge my battery to properly diagnose the issue. She literally saved my day, and I’m so grateful for her kindness and professionalism. I will definitely be returning because of her. If you ever visit AutoZone, ask for Rosa, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Rosa!

Ask them for items that should be common knowledge and they look at you like a deer in the head lights. And this is after having gone here numerous times over the last several years.
