  I loved the Ford F150! I felt so safe and comfortable for my drive to and from Idaho. I asked for a four wheel drive a few days before and Enterprise was able to accommodate the change. Therefore, we were able to get over the Donner Pass in a snowstorm. The service and the vehicle were better than I could’ve expected.

  The rental service at Davis Enterprise was great! The staff Erin and Jacob are very friendly and helpful. They even provide me service to pick up me from my car repair shop. It's so convenient! Very quickly I can get my rental car. Appreciate them very much!

  This experience at this Enterprise has been the best from a rental company I have ever had. My truck was being worked on down the street by Hanlees Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for over month. Over a month of horrible communication, broken promises, and a service manager that couldn’t keep his word. But through that bad experience Enterprise made it a little better by their patience, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. I had to switch rental cars, extend multiple times due to the dealership not letting me know when my truck was going to be done. I was going to buy a vehicle from that dealership after my truck was done, but not anymore. I found out that enterprise sells vehicles, I will be looking there when that time comes.

  Complete waste of my time booking here. They had no available cars on a Wednesday, let alone the Rav 4 I paid in full to rent for a week. I'm out what I paid for the Uber to get to the location and the nearly $400 I already spent is pending so who knows when I'll get that back. Way to ruin my trip. Rent elsewhere. WHAT IS THERE TO DISCUSS? HOW DO YOU OPERATE A BUSINESS RENTING CARS AND HAVE NO AVAILABLE CARS. Ridiculous. The canned response of thanks but call us with your reservation number shows how little they care and how often this likely happens. They texted me this at 7am and didn't have anything at 11, but said I could wait around and see if anyone returned a car. Absurd.
