I always call in before i get there to confirm that the work i need is something they can do. They recently did an Oil Pan reseal on my 06 mustang. Ive recently started getting my tires here as well. Tracy at the front desk is always quick to get my questions answered. Jacob doesn't waste any time keeping me informed when the work I brought them is complete. Randy and Alex keep always my cars running great and they get it done with a fast turn around time.

I had my SUV towed there and after arriving, spoke to the mechanic who said not to unload the vehicle because he couldn't fix it after describing to him the situation when asked again. It seems the information was not relayed to him correctly. Wasted time and money. Had it towed to another local shop and they had it fixed in a few hours. Just needed a new starter.
