- MAMichael AngiusNov 25, 20251.0One of the worst experiences that my wife has ever endured. And I’m not talking about the reasoning behind needing this device installed. But the customer service and product level is inferior. I was told that I would be on auto pay and I’ve only had actually my wife has had the device installed for one week now… And she’s been unable to drive the car because the device says locked out. Come to find out it was locked out because there was a past due amount that should have been automatically deducted from my account. Now they want $75 to unlock the device.
