- CCCarissaDec 20, 20251.0Dismal. I had a reservation for a mini van to take 7 visitors to san francisco. Weather shifted at last minute so wanted to pick up the rental 2 days earlier. Office wasn't open the night before the new desired date so made the change online and received a confirmation that the new date was confirmed for a 9 am pickup. Was waiting at the facility at 9 am with my visitors to grab the vehicle and get to san francisco. Was told they had no vehicles. Showed them the confirmation. They said the computer doesn't always reflect actual inventory and they had nothing to give me that could handle 7 people. Asked if they could check if vacaville had anything. They said no. Left us in a lurch and scrambling. Why send a confirm if you dont have the cars. Its a known problem at enterprise. They need to get their software, system and process updated so that confirms mean WE ACTUALLY HAVE THE CAR YOU WANT AND IT WILL BE HERE FOR YOU. Sadly, this is not the case.
