    Complete waste of my time booking here. They had no available cars on a Wednesday, let alone the Rav 4 I paid in full to rent for a week. I'm out what I paid for the Uber to get to the location and the nearly $400 I already spent is pending so who knows when I'll get that back. Way to ruin my trip. Rent elsewhere. WHAT IS THERE TO DISCUSS? HOW DO YOU OPERATE A BUSINESS RENTING CARS AND HAVE NO AVAILABLE CARS. Ridiculous. The canned response of thanks but call us with your reservation number shows how little they care and how often this likely happens. They texted me this at 7am and didn't have anything at 11, but said I could wait around and see if anyone returned a car. Absurd.

    The service members at the Chiles Road Enterprise Location are amazing, super friendly, and are dedicated to giving great service. They are always smiling, and welcoming to anyone. They made me comfortable and helped to any degree.

    ​I had a fantastic experience at the Enterprise Car Rental office, thanks especially to Trey . He checked me in very quickly and got me into a car without any delays. He was punctual, friendly, and highly professional throughout the process. ​What stood out to me was the follow-up from Tyler to ensure everything was going smoothly, which showed genuine care and attention to customer satisfaction. I truly respect the kindness and consistently professional service I receive every time I visit this particular Enterprise location. Highly recommended!

    The Enterprise unit in Davis was very busy, and even so the service was fast and efficient. My experience was very positive, especially due to Eli’s assistance, he was extremely attentive, friendly, polite, and patient, even with the store crowded. His approach made all the difference.
