  Today I traveled through Davis on my way to the Bay Area. I ran over a bicycle path stanchion and blew a new tire. Luckily I was able to drive to Davis Auto Works which was nearby. Shane responded immediately and swapped my damaged tire for my spare. He was kind, expert, and worked quickly. Thanks to him, I made it home two hours later. I cannot recommend him more highly. Do yourself a favor and take your car to Davis Auto Works when it needs servicing or you are in a bind.

  Shane is amazing. En route to SF under time pressure, my Subaru suddenly developed a disturbing sound. Too scared to drive without a fix, Shane jumped right on it as much as a detective as a mechanic. He drove the car, put it on the rack, then came to me smiling: “You’re not going to believe it when I tell you.” A large, thick sticky piece of plastic was stuck to the tire and flapping loudly as the wheel turned. Quick diagnosis, quick fix, and I was off again. Thank you!

  Our family broke down on our way home from a trip, pulled into Davis Auto Works, Chuck was like an angel, coming to the rescue, the service was the best I have ever received, we would recommend Davis Auto Works to anyone we know, honest, professional, and fast

  I called this morning to request an auto inspection for a used car that I am planning to purchase and Shane was so helpful! He told me what I needed to do to make it happen and I was very pleased with his service and the review of the vehicle that he gave me. Highly recommend!
