Engine splash shield not removed and oil dumped into shield leaving massive drippy mess. They should capture oil into long funnel if the shield is left on. Makes you wonder about the important stuff that was done. ill never go back.

He told me to leave the keys in the car and wain in the waiting room. I did, then he called me up and made my type in my info on the computer, just turned the keyboard around and said “Type in your info…” then he tells me I had to use synthetic which I’ve never used synthetic in all the years I had the car. I told him I didn’t want it and he said he wouldn’t work on the car, I said that was fine and to give me the car back, he yelled at the other worker to wrap it up and not service it. I waited for the keys and when I asked for the keys,’again I was bothering him, didn’t even look at me and just pointed to the car…plus his hygiene was really bad too…never going back there again
