The Capistrano Beach crew sets the customer care bar so high...other auto shops need to charter a plane just to see it. You hire very well.

All 3 bays were running, and there was only 1 car waiting ahead of me so I figured I would be able to get in and out fairly quickly. There were a ton of people working, yet it took forever, as most of them were just standing or walking around with nothing to do. I would have left but I was blocked by cars behind me. Luckily I could put a movie on in the car for my kids. They watched the entire thing start to finish as we waited. Then the cost was about $50 more than it was the last time I was here (which I thought was too high last time). We will not be back.
