  Felicia and team are very kind workers who assisted me (first time car owner) in understand what's wrong with my vehicle and how I should be proactive in maintaining my car. They never made me feel stupid and always answered my questions. Coming back here soon to get some more work done!

  Felecia Is Amazing .. She went above and beyond to fix a mistake made by the Mobile Goodyear crew that changed my tires at my workplace in San Carlos .. I highly recommend this location 😁……, but not the mobile service provided by another branch.. 🙁This Location in Daly city are very professional and handled my issues in a timely manner….Felecia made my day…Excellent job !!!!. Thank you 🙏

  I went in asking to replace the brakes, I did not ask for inspection, I got a call back an hour later, stating that my brakes are good for another year, I am very impressed by their honesty, any other shop would have just replaced it and took my money

  I had an amazing experience at the Daly City Goodyear. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in their field. I felt confident in my decision to choose this tire shop. They are efficient and perform excellent quality work. Everyone here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’ve never been in such a great work environment.   I booked an 11:30 AM appointment and arrived on time. During check-in, I was told the actual technician availability would be 4:00 PM, but that was not clearly communicated in a way I understood at the time. The main issue is that the appointment time shown in the system created the expectation that service would begin around 11:30. If the real service window is much later, this should be made much clearer during booking and check-in. This caused confusion and several hours of lost time. Better communication about whether the appointment time is only for check-in versus the actual technician start time would make the experience much better.
