On July 17, 2025, we contacted this establishment to replace a flat rear tire. The manager took us in immediately because we were on a sightseeing tour. Honestly, the price, the kindness, and the professionalism of his technicians saved our vacation. However, shame on Avis, the rental company, for giving us this vehicle knowing they were aware of the problem. You may have misunderstood, judging by your response, but I think you did a great job and saved our trip and our vacation, so once again, thanks thanks!

I went here a few months ago for an oil change and didnt find out later until my smog inspection that they had removed the bolts in my air filter casing and never put them back in. I can't prove that they damaged my air intake hose but the casing was missing 2 bolts and the air intake hose had a massive crack not long AFTER. Keep in mind i only came in for an oil change why were they going through my air filter?

It was suggested that the more expensive oil was best for my car. And if I wanted a new filter, I had it change 3 months earlier didn't think it was needed. But he said it was and it only be $30.00. Watching him put in the oil I noticed the lg. container didn't have the brand i was paying for and he topped off only a drop with the brand I was paying for (the most expensive one) I went in to pay and complain. He said that the oil was just in a different container and wanted to charge me $40.00 for the filter. Told him the first quote was $30.00. Gave me $10.00 discount!!?? If I was sitting inside I wouldn't have witnessed anything.
