  Do not waste your trip coming here to charge. This EVgo station at Westlake Shopping Center is essentially non-functional. None of the stalls work anymore. On top of that, the location is already difficult to find—it’s hidden on the ground floor, in the back alley of the shopping center. You spend time hunting it down, only to discover that charging isn’t possible at all. This isn’t just inconvenient; it’s a complete waste of time, especially for drivers who are low on battery and depending on this stop. Until EVgo actually repairs or removes these chargers, this location should not be listed as operational. Avoid it and plan another charging stop.

  Two 50kw chargers and only one is working. 1 slow j1772 charger and it’s down. This evgo location needs some love. Stations look dirty and raggedy. Not to mention it’s not fully operational!

  Good location. I come here most of the time, because it was never crowded very early in the morning.
