  Worst experience dealing with this Filipino representative in parts department. it sounded like his fake Filipino accent got worst and worse as he kept me on hold for about 45 minutes searching. I have a 97 4Runner and I broke the tensioner bolt while replacing the alternator. After giving him my name, and I was in the Toyota system where he saw my 4Runner in the system, but he needed me to get my vehicles VIN number to look up a part? In the end, Toyota no longer carries this universal part? I explains to him, I am looking for a drive belt tension kit for the alternator. This part is used in every Toyota vehicle and all the other local parts store didn’t have them in stock in Daly City, but could overnight or I could drive to Millbrae or San Mateo. I ended up thanking the Toyota Parts representative for his valuable time searching and searching his parts system for the past 45 minutes. I did a 2 minute search on Amazon and found the exact part and it arrives between 7-11am next day.
