  This is for the service department. Please check your engine oil dipstick after getting your service done at City Toyota. This is the second time they’ve overfilled my engine oil. The first time, I discovered the overfill and went back to “remind” the service advisor, Steven Yu. But after checking again today, it’s still overfilled by at least half an inch (see photos). I can’t believe such a basic mistake keeps happening. Please double‑check your vehicle before leaving the lot, or consider avoiding City Toyota for service.

  We had been holding off on buying a vehicle until we could find a very specific model, trim, color and options within 100 miles of where we live. Finally found what we needed at City Toyota online. Confirmed availability of the vehicle on a Thursday afternoon. Made an appointment to come in and finalize the online sale the following Saturday. Drove 2 hours one way to the dealer, to be told they already sold the vehicle the day before. I asked why they didn’t contact me to let me know and they said the sales person was too busy and offered no apology. This was an obvious tactic to get me into the dealer to buy anything, but like most people we have a budget and specific needs to consider when making a large purchase. They tried to push multiple vehicles on me that did not meet our requirements even after compromising certain options.

  Leon was excellent to work with. He showcased the car thoroughly, answered all my questions, and genuinely took care of me throughout the process. He made the experience smooth and straightforward, which I really appreciated. Marvin also helped make the deal come together, and I’m thankful for that. Overall, a good buying experience, especially thanks to Leon’s professionalism and attention to detail.

  Just bought a new Corolla Hatchback from City Toyota. They had a good selection and I love my new car. This review, however, is for Manny DeAlba, the salesperson who focused entirely on who I was and what I needed (and wanted) in a car. I hadn't been planning on purchasing a new vehicle, but being rear-ended at a stop light changed that plan abruptly. Manny was patient with my need to look at and and test drive a variety of vehicles before making a decision and respected my preferences throughout the process. As a woman, I am often ignored, condescended to, and/or treated as if I have neither the intelligence nor the knowledge needed for such a big decision. Manny was the shining exception to the rule and made the entire process easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend Manny to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
