First time customer to this location. Same-day appointment, scheduled on-line at 0630 for 0730 drop off. Service team were easy to identify through their company attire, each was equipped with a tablet which was used to collect vehicle and driver data-allowing immediate intake. Coffee bar, snacks, Wi-Fi. Truly comfortable furniture in the waiting area, couches, upholstered chairs, half a dozen tables with 1 or 2 hardback chairs at each (instant workstation).
My vehicle service totaled $1,842.00. City Toyota provided a ride-share, for this action I am eternally grateful. The Lyft & Uber trips would not have broken my bank but I did not anticipate an $1,800 morning (30,000 mile service and a new battery).
I was updated regularly by text and phone call regarding costs, processes, inspection results, ride-share ETA, and completion of service.
Steven Farrell and the team in Daly City are a fine representation of Toyota.
