    My experience at this dealership was average. I went in to request some documents, and although I had a password for them, I couldn’t remember it. I spent nearly an hour without getting help. I went to several desks, and even though the staff didn’t have any customers at the time, they told me they couldn’t assist me. This gave me the impression that the level of service changes after you’ve already purchased a vehicle, which shouldn’t be the case. I would like to recognize Mr. Manuel García, who was the only one willing to help. He took the time to speak with multiple advisors until he found someone who could assist me, and thanks to him, I was able to get the documents I needed. His attitude was excellent, but overall, the customer service clearly has room for improvement.

    Terrible! My car had a recall in October and I didn’t receive my car until April 24. Not only was my car kept for seven months, but I was never updated by my service advisor. I talked to him once in December while I was exchanging my loaner car and he never made contact until he text me that my part had come in right when I was at the airport about to go on vacation in April. I remember friends asking me what is the update on your car? I had no answer since no one ever called me from Toyota. You would think you would at least keep your customer updated at least once a month. My previous car was a Ford and I had the same problems with their service department. I thought Toyota would be different but apparently all these dealerships are the same. They keep your car and never keep you updated and never call back. I will say that their rental car department, which loaned a car every month was great and keeping in contact. In fact, I got more information from them about the status of car than my service advisor. If someone from your dealership wants to call me about my experience feel free to call me. My number is the same one that you never called.

    The technicians (who we don’t get to see in person and working at the shop behind the showroom) are way too rough on handling both of my cars — they seem like they just don’t care. Well! people care about their cars; they bought it with their own money; they value them, they love them. I’ve been a City Toyota customer for over 5 years now. I do repairs and oil change for both of my car ONLY at City Toyota. It was not a one time thing — it kept on happening. they broke wheel cover latches on my RAV4 3 years ago. Then they broke the Battery Terminal cap. Recently they did not put the tire caps back on Camry. Caps were missing after the oil change. Never coming back to this place. Enough is enough.

    I had a great experience at City Toyota and wanted to recognize their outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, the process felt comfortable and stress-free. Assistant Sales Manager Isaac U. was professional and respectful—there was absolutely no pressure, just honest help and clear information. That really made a difference. Salesman Luis D. was also excellent to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions while making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. When it came time to finish the paperwork, Finance Manager Ling G. was incredibly helpful. She explained everything clearly and made the financing process smooth and easy to understand. Overall, the entire team made the experience straightforward and pleasant. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats customers with respect and provides great service without pressure, I highly recommend City Toyota. Thank you again to Isaac, Luis, and Ling for making this such a positive experience

    Made this appointment a month ago for new tires and oil change and filter. When we got there they didn’t have the tires ready , in fact they didn’t even the tires. They two out of the four tires. I made this appointment to have tires replace and told they didn’t have them in stock. They told the tires will be in at 5:00 pm and we are here at 11:30 am. They wanted us to leave the car over night, rent a car for the night. I planned a long drive the next and counted on new tires. They gave me story that could have had someone come with a flat and gave them the knowing full we made this appointment for new tires. They could have contacted me to change my appointment instead of letting me come down and have to make another appointment for the reason I was here in the first place for NEW TIRES. This is one very unsatisfied customer at this point. For a big company to treat their customers in this matter. If it happens next when I come for tires again I will take my business elsewhere. I don’t like being treated like a nobody. Very bad business practice. At this point I have nothing good to say about this visit. The last visit was a bit long and this before that was a all day thing.
