  I had the unfortunate experience of getting a nail in my tire in my 3-month old Volkswagen with a non-repairable and discontinued tire. Long story short, I was faced with putting a non-matching tire on or cancelling my weekend trip/waiting on the replacement due to the issue... Bill found my exact tire at another store, went on his own time to get it before his store opened the next day, and coordinated sending the tire and fitting my replacement in at another location closer to where I lived the following morning. Thank you so much Bill!

  We get the tires done at Goodyear. Nathaniel and team did a good job today promptly replacing tires, the cores and also balancing them. I was able to work out a good price well under the advertised special price, so all good! Better to do some homework esp., visiting the Goodyear website to check on the right size, stock, and specials before heading out to the store. def recommend them.

  (Updated). Thanks for the follow-up and the clear explanation, Felisha. I appreciated you take the feedback seriously. Below average experience. Had my car for services and was told it would’ve be 1-2 hours wait. Decided to stay and waited for it. After 2.5 hours closed to end of the day. The manager approached me told me an option to stay for had more hour or come back the next morning. The technician forgot my order somehow. I decided to stay for had more hour and rushed to my next event since I was late. Since it was late and dark when I picked up my car, I didn’t check the tires on site. Late the next day, I found out one of the wheel cover had a 1 inche by 0.5 inche broken off. Not recommended this place.
