    Chargers here don't work.

    You cannot charge with a credit card. You need to download an elusive app which does not work. You need to call, and then the operator tells you the station is broken, although the display does not give any indication. Next station claims to work, you enter the credit card, it connects to your vehicle, and then it quits. Could be worse? I doubt it. One star is one too many,
